The finished Quote Brief keeps the basic replacement separate from extra work. You can give it to plumbers yourself, or use it as the job specification for Water Heater Prep.

If you ask us to help, you set the installed price you would be ready to move at. We take the same structured job to a small number of qualified local plumbers. A plumber can accept the target, counter with another price, or pass. You decide whether to use any response.

When current local prices, rebates, or equipment deals are useful, we show when they were checked. If the information is not current enough to help, we leave it out.

Water Heater Prep helps organize a buying decision. It is not a site inspection, and a plumber should verify actual conditions before giving a firm price.
